Terms of use

These terms apply to the Drawzo game and the drawzo.app website, run by Fida ur Rehman, Rawalpindi, Pakistan. By playing or drawing you agree to them.
Age
You must be 13 or older to use Drawzo.
Your guest account
Drawzo creates a guest account on your device, with a random ID, never your name. Keep the app's data on your device: if you lose it, we cannot restore your progress, because we do not know who you are. Guest accounts not used for 12 months are deleted.
Play fair
- Draw by hand in the round. No scripts, bots, modified apps or automated clients.
- Do not try to get around timers, scores, rate limits or other players' blocks.
- Do not attack, overload or probe Drawzo's servers.
What you may draw
Do not draw anything that is:
- sexual, or violent or gory;
- hateful, or meant to bully or harass someone;
- personal information, such as names, phone numbers or addresses;
- written words instead of a drawing (the AI scores these as zero anyway).
You can report any drawing or AI picture, and block any player. We may remove drawings, and suspend or delete accounts, that break these terms.
Your drawings
Your drawings stay yours. You allow us, worldwide and without payment, to store them, show them in Drawzo (to opponents, on challenge links, and as ghost opponents shown with a random ID, never your name; your solo game drawings may be raced by other players under your generated player name and avatar unless you turn off "Let others race my drawings" in Settings › Privacy), turn them into AI pictures, and use them to train and improve Drawzo's AI. This permission ends when you delete the drawing or your account, except for AI models already trained.
AI judging and AI pictures
The AI that judges rounds can be wrong, and AI pictures can turn out odd. Results are provided as they are. AI pictures are for your personal use and sharing.
Price
Drawzo is free to play. If we ever add paid features, we will show their price and terms before you pay.
No guarantees
We provide Drawzo "as is", may change or stop it at any time, and are not liable for indirect losses, to the extent the law allows. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts at Rawalpindi have jurisdiction. If you use Drawzo as a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in its courts..
Privacy
How we handle data is explained in the privacy policy. You can delete your data at any time.
Credits
Drawzo's prompts and AI recogniser are adapted from the Quick, Draw! dataset by Google, used under the CC BY 4.0 license. Google does not endorse Drawzo, and no endorsement is implied.
